Mortgage rates at an all time low!

Week ending 12/16/11 – The average interest rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage this week was back at record lows of 3.94%.  That’s the 3rd time in history that fixed rates fell below 4% and each occurrence took place this year alone. That’s a pretty astonishing statistic. 2011 will go down in history as the “perfect storm” of real estate; where “cheap money” met “depressed prices”.  We say seize the opportunity.
